Hot-Dipped Galvanized Wire
Hot-dip galvanized wire is also made of high quality low carbon steel wire rod (Q195, Q235). It is processed by drawing molding, pickling rust removal, high temperature annealing, galvanizing, cooling and so on. It is only different from galvanized wire that the galvanizing process of hot-dip galvanized wire is to soak the steel wire in molten zinc solution, also known as hot-dip plating.
|Hot-Dipped Galvanized Wire||2.0-5.0||70g/m2-260g/m2||390-850Mpa||100-600kg/roll|
The zinc layer weight of Hot-dipped galvanized wire is above 260g/㎡, so it has good anti rust performance, and the service life is up to 20 years.
1. Wire Drawing(to control wire diameter).
2. Annealing(to control wire tensile strength).
4. Drying-Galvanization(to control zinc coating quantity).
5. Coiling(to control coil dimensions).
100kg-600kg for each coil. Plastic film inside, gunny bags or woven bags outside.
